Hi I’m Lorna,
I started my journey in the finance industry 19 years ago, beginning with a decade in stockbroking at Montagu Stockbrokers and Hartleys (now Euroz Hartleys). While I thrived in the fast-paced world of stockbroking, my passion shifted to Financial Planning, leading me to pursue further studies and earn my Graduate Diploma of Financial Services. After working with firms like Macquarie Bank and Partnership Wealth, life took a turn when my mother was diagnosed with an aggressive brain cancer in 2020. This prompted me to seek flexible, remote work, and through NEIS, I launched Emery Executive Services, fulfilling a lifelong dream.
Establishing an outsourcing administration business has provided me the opportunity to support advisers all over Australia and share with them my extensive knowledge and experience in a client service administrator role. Emery Executive Services is now a team of experienced, professional adviser assistants available on an ongoing or fixed term basis.

Absolutely, our team of five are onshore, Australian based and located in Perth.

Our team are highly experienced and each have worked as client service managers for many reputable companies such as Macquarie Bank and Hartleys (now called Euroz Hartleys). Lorna has a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and Certificate III in Entrepreneurship and New Business.

We can assist with many tasks such as data entry, completing due diligence of insurance, investments and superannuation policies, responding to client emails, preparing reports, assisting with FDS/fixed term agreements and fee consent forms, implementing advice documents and any other administration task of a client service manager.
