    Using the recommendations from your SOA we will pre-populate all the forms required for your meeting.

  • Absolutely, our team of five are onshore, Australian based and located in Perth.

  • Our team are highly experienced and each have worked as client service managers for many reputable companies such as Macquarie Bank and Hartleys (now called Euroz Hartleys). Lorna has a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and Certificate III in Entrepreneurship and New Business.

  • We can assist with many tasks such as data entry, completing due diligence of insurance, investments and superannuation policies, responding to client emails, preparing reports, assisting with FDS/fixed term agreements and fee consent forms, implementing advice documents and any other administration task of a client service manager.
